Haven't been around long but, will miss you guys.

I'm quickly losing most of my motivation to play. I just find there to be a lack of things to do and the current content just has me….rather bleh.

Not really a fan of all the randomness that's in the game now. I mean I'm easily 0/200+ on Kaggen and though there is more to losing motivation than that it sure is depressing.

I've attempted Provenance Watcher 2-3 times now all wipes. Most of the time the Climb + Watcher takes a good 3hrs 4 if people are being slow and to get to Prov Watcher and wipe…. just wasted 3-4hrs I could of been doing something else.

As far as new Nyzul goes…. aside from 4 DD 2 SCH and some 3rd party tools + DAT swaps… it's near impossible to clear 100 with any accuracy at all.

This June update didn't really improve my mood about the game any, the "new" content…lol if you can call it that, is more RE-Hashed old stuff and the majority of the loot (Neo Odin / Limbus) is rather Mediocre at best save for a macro piece or two and was rather depressing.

Pretty much everything endgame at the moment is a Rotate COR BRD + SMN PD SCH Embrava Zergfest.

One of my favorite jobs (PLD) is just collecting dust due to poor game mechanics and most of my current long-term gear goals I'm working on right now (Ochain+Aegis) just have no motivation to right now with how useless PLD is currently.

I'm not really sure what to do at this point, I'm semi-excited about the expansion, Gemoancer looks mad fun but Rune Fencer just looks like another nail in PLD's coffin.

Hoping to be back for expansion but we'll see what happens, I just cannot justify the money into the game at the moment.

I'm very sorry to hear you are leaving for a while and I hope you will come back; I get what you are saying too. not much motivating me to log in at the moment either, all seems rather redundant and mundane and i haven't even reached a point of being able to do Provenance yet.

I hope you will pop in here and say hello, let us know how you are doing Elgorian. I will miss you too.

Well, solved one of my problems, finally managed to snag a job.

So lack of money + the OP kinda got me down.

Elgorian, how're you doin man. We miss you and hope you return shortly. I know how ya felt before you left, and want to assure you that when you return your standing in the ls will be as though you never left.
We are doing some awesome things in Impact; as well as VCDunited. www.impactls.guildwork.com You're welcomed to join us whenever you can return. We're doing Arch Limbus Bosses, Odin V2, Legion, and Provenance Watcher; Clearing Provenance + the chambers in an hour. All the other events are under an hour with the thirty min time limits imposed on the fights. Lemme know your status as soon as you're able. Be seeing you soon, hopefully.

Work schedule isn,t too stable, don't have much control over schedule, though I am only 16-20hr a week for now.

Net should be on soon hopefully though, and account is active. Said it'd be 3-10 buisness days after money goes through before nets on.

I have to agree with Liltrouble on what he said. See I was in different shells in the past, but as far as efficiency and time saving events goes. Impact is the best there is. Always straight to the point and time saving. I used to spend 1 hour waiting on LS members to come online when we have an event(was previously in Renigd) and we would end up cancelling event due to lack of members. But now, ever since joining Impact, my FFXI experience has been different. Yesterday we did both Arch Omega and OdinV2 in under 1hour and 30minutes and it can not get better than this. So if your looking for a motivation to play, you wont need one once you get back with Impact and start doing events with us.
